Kim Dalrymple (known to students as Shū Lǎo-shī 舒老师) has been passionately teaching learners of Mandarin Chinese for many years, typically at Schoolcraft College in Livonia and Washtenaw Community College near Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. Her next in person class will start January 23 at Schoolcraft College as part of the Personal & Professional Learning program.

Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning in Ann Arbor (TCML – Ann Arbor) is a relatively new school in the Ann Arbor area and holds classes at multiple levels of speaking ability. A new 12 week semester will start January 26. TCML – Ann Arbor is managed by AACCOM which has been teaching Mandarin Chinese since 1974.

Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning, Southern Michigan Chinese School in Troy, MI is another TCML installation offering 12-15 week long semesters for adult learners. SMCS has been teaching Mandarin Chinese since 1993.
